TERMS and CONDITIONS - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 4, 2016

Acceptance of this quotation also implies an acceptance of all terms and conditions listed.
1. Stocks for items quoted are subject to confirmation and availability. Units quoted are 220V/50-60Hz unless noted otherwise.
2. A mechanical servo-type power stabilizing AVR is required for units that contain electrical boards and/or compressors otherwise the warranty
will be considered null and void. This is to prevent electrical fluctuations from damaging the machine. Water filtration and/or softening systems
must also be installed for units that have water inlets to prevent debris, lime and scale from damaging the machine, otherwise the warranty will be
considered void.

3. Units are warranted for one year from date of purchase against inherent factory defects and faulty workmanship. Breakable, rubber and consumable parts
are not covered by the warranty. Cleaning or damages arising from lack of maintenance, improper usage or cleaning is NOT covered by the warranty.

4. P30,000.00 minimum for delivery within Metro Manila excluding crating fees, parking, entrance, toll, road use fees. Additional delivery charges
apply to the following areas: Pier, Airports, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Muntinlupa and Navotas. All deliveries are scheduled accordingly, any rush orders are
subject to management approval. If the invoice value exceeds P30,000.00, it must be deposited & cleared before delivery (for new clients, payment must be
cleared before delivery).
5. Deliveries to locations higher than the second floor with no service lift or easy accessibility will be billed accordingly.
6. A Tax Indentification Number (TIN) is STRICTLY required for repeat clients or purchases over P20,000.00
7. Purchase Orders will only be honored for 07 (seven) days or as long as client has given a down/full payment. Once down payment has been confirmed
and the client has been informed that the unit/s are in our office, the client has 7-10 days to settle 40% of the remaining balance (regardless of
whether or not item will be delivered), and the remaining 10% will be collected on or before delivery, otherwise down payment will be considered
forfeit and the unit will be available for sale to all PFESCORP clients. PFESCORP will only hold items for three weeks from arrival to warehousing,
afterwards a WAREHOUSING FEE of P500/month per unit stored will apply.
8. Clients are responsible for any shipping or crating fees for deliveries within/outside Metro Manila (including warranted serviced units & parts). Should the
client disapprove charges, PFESCORP is free from any liability and items are shipped at the client's risk.
9. PFESCORP is not responsible for economic loss, profit, indirect or consequential damages, damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to,
losses or damages from product spoilage claims whether or not because of machine failure, nor are they liable for any mishandling or delays in shipping that
the shipping company or cargo forwarder may have.
10. A (25) twenty five-working day grace period is to be added to the estimated delivery lead time to allow for situations not controllable by PFESCORP (e.g.
customs delays, shipping problems, issues that arose in the country of origin, manufacturer problems, etc.). Documentation of proof (e-mails, letters, etc.) will
be provided by PFESCORP upon request of the client.
11. For companies with EVAT-exempt status, we require VALID and CURRENT government documents as proof.
12. For companies who will deduct EWT from purchases, we require BIR form 2307 to be submitted along with payment. If no form is available, PFESCORP
will charge the full amount and credit the EWT amount once the form is submitted to us.
13 For credit card payments, TWO (2) VALID IDs are STRICTLY REQUIRED for the first transaction. Government Issued (Driver's License, Voter's ID,
Philhealth, Passport, SSS, GSIS w/ photo) AND Privately Issued (Company/School/Senior/Country or Golf Club/Healthcare). Multiple swipes on the same card
are strictly prohibited.
14. Any performance bonds or surety bonds required from PFESCORP are for client's account and will be billed accordingly.
15. Client is responsible for all bank charges. For orders quoted in a foreign currency (USD, EUR, etc.) the Peso price (PHP) will be fixed based on the closing
rate of BDO's selling price on the date of downpayment plus a P1,000 transfer fee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES & SERVICE

1. Client has 72 hours from receipt of delivery to report any defects, returns and/or exchanges and up to 15 days to return the item/s unless prior
approval is issued. All Returns are subject to a non-creditable 25% restocking fee, provided goods are in the condition they were delivered in, complete with
original packaging and accessories. This is waived if the order is upgraded to an invoice order at least 25% higher than the original purchase. Special orders
or customized units cannot be returned or exchanged. Why do we charge restocking fees? When an item is being prepared for delivery and is then returned,
there are additional costs associated with processing the return as well as the original costs for preparing the order. Any approved refunds will be released on
the Friday after the 15th day of processing.

2. Goods to be returned, exchanged or invoices that have to be cancelled and revised are subject to a P600.00 document processing fee to cover
costs of labor, any cancelled documents and reprocessing of documents, orders and/or payments. This cost is already included in the 25% restocking fee
whose value is greater than that of the processing fee.
3. Units for repair with a value of less than P50,000.00 must be brought to the office, otherwise a pick-up charge applies. Prices and availability for service,
accessories and spareparts may vary if the original item or unit was not purchased from PFESCORP.
4. Units out of warranty are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE diagnostic fee which can be credited towards the total cost of repairs.
5. For service/installation to be rendered on units installed outside Metro Manila, actual transportation, accommodation, meal allowance and per diem of our
service technician(s) or service partners will be charged to client's account. If the unit is located outside Metro Manila, any shipping charges back to
PFESCORP are the responsibility of the client.
