Letter to the Participants

Dear Participant,

We are presently working on a thesis entitled, “Nanay na si Nene”: Impact and Lived
Experiences of Being a Teenage Mother, as a requirement of the subject Inquiries,
Investigation and Immersion at Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School
(SEPNAS) Senior High School Department. We wanted to explore your perspective and
experience of being a teenage mother. By that, we want to interview you to gather
important data we need in our research. We are asking at most 30 minutes of your time to
complete the interview. Rest assured that your participation will be completely
anonymous as no identifying information will be spread and leaked; the data that you will
give will be treated with utmost respect and confidentiality, and that the results of the
analysis of your data will be used for research educational purposes only.
