unto this Honorable Court, formally offers the following exhibits, to

To form part of the testimony of SPO3 Cardo Dalisay that he

executed an Affidavit in relation to the case.

was recorded in the police blotter.

To form part of the testimony of SPO3 Cardo Dalisay that a

picture of the subject firearm and its ammunition was taken.

EXHIBIT “D” (FIREARM-.45 CALIBER PISTOL MARKED COLT

DRTG WITH SERIAL NUMBER 287946)

To prove as part of the testimony of witness that it is that

subject unlicensed firearm confiscated from the accused.

The subject firearm was already turned over to the court.

EXHIBIT “E” (FIREARM -ONE (1) UNIT OF .38 CALIBER

REVOLVER)

To prove as part of the testimony of witness that it is that

subject unlicensed firearm confiscated from the accused.

The subject firearm was already turned over to the court.

EXHIBIT “F” (SIX (6) PCS. OF LIVE AMMUNITIONS FOR .45

CALIBER PISTOL)

To prove as part of the testimony of witness that the subject

unlicensed firearm .45 CALIBER PISTOL confiscated from the accused

was loaded with six (6) live ammunitions.

The subject six (6) live ammunitions were already turned over

to the court.

EXHIBIT “G” ( THREE (3) PCS. OF LIVE AMMUNITIONS)

To prove as part of the testimony of witness that the subject

unlicensed firearm .38 CALIBER REVOLVER confiscated from the

accused was loaded with three (3) live ammunitions.

The subject three (3) live ammunitions were already turned

over to the court.

EXHIBIT “H” (FED CERTIFICATE)

To prove that the subject firearm of this case was unlicensed

and that the accused himself is not a licensed holder of any firearm.

This document already forms part of the court records.

EXHIBIT “I” (JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF SPO3 CARDO

DALISAY)

To serve as direct testimony of the witness, SPO3 Cardo

Dalisay in court in relation to the case.

This document forms part of the records of the case.

With the admission of the foregoing exhibits, together with the

oral testimonies of the witnesses, the Prosecution hereby rests its
