Dear Dr. Limson:

This is to notify you of the progress as regards the construction of the P8.45 million Industrial
Electronics Technology Development Building at NORSU Main Campus 1. Supposedly, the
expected completion of the project was dated last October 27, 2016 but due to insufficient
funds and some inconveniences, the project got delayed. The construction resumed this
second week of July, 2017.
As of this writing, 45% of the work has already been completed. We are currently making
window awnings which will be attached on the exterior walls of the building. Ceiling works
on both ground and second floor, and the comfort room on the ground floor are still in
progress. Also, we have started doing the paintworks on the ground floor. On the third floor,
50% of the ceiling has already been finished and concreting is still on-going. Meanwhile, we
cannot work on the upper level since it is still in the process of curing; thus we are focusing
our works on the first two floors. Since phase I of the building is already complete, we are
currently working on phase II which is expected to finish this year.

Very truly yours,

LUZLYN JOY R. TUAYON
