2- Where as the borrower has at his own request been granted by the president a
loan of Rs.______________ for the purpose of HBA/ Motor Car/ Motor Cycle / Cycle /
for his own use and the borrower as under taken to repay the said amount in ________
equal monthly installment of Rs.__________ each with interest shall be fully paid then
this bond shall be void and of no effects otherwise it shall be remain in full force and
virtue.
3- Budget if before the amount of the loan and interest thereon shall have fully
repaid the borrower dies or becomes insolvent or any time causes to be in the services
of the Governor General for any reason whatever, so much of the said principal sum of
