1. I, Sayeedullah Jamadar confirm that Lion Engineering Consultants can propose my CV for the position of Resident
Engineer for the above-mentioned project under NHAI.

2.I am willing to work on the project which is awarded to Lion Engineering Consultants and I will be available for entire
duration of the project assignment.

3.I, Sayeedullah Jamadar have not left any assignment with the consultant engaged by NHAI /Contracting firm (firm to be
supervised now) for any continuing works of NHAI without completing my assignment. I will be available for the entire
duration of the current project named. If I leave this assignment in the middle of the completion of the work, NHAI would be
at liberty to debar me from taking assignment in any of the NHAI works for an appropriate period to be decided by NHAI. I
have also no objection if my services are extended by NHAI for this work in future.

4.I confirm that I have not given consent to any other firm for the aforesaid project.

5.My remuneration will be INR 1,50,000/- only Per Month (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only Per Month) (Inclusive
All). for the above packages.

UNDERTAKING FROM THE PROFESSIONAL

I Sayeedullah Jamadar have not left any assignment with the consultant engaged by NHAI / Contracting firm (firm to be supervised
now) for any continuing works of NHAI without completing my assignment. I will be available for the entire duration of the following
projects:
