above. As long as you are an employee or student at CMU, or contracted business associate, participating in or providing services for
departments or areas designated as HIPAA covered entities, an annual re-review and quiz is required. A re-review will be indicated sooner
should HIPAA regulations, CMU policy, or departmental procedures significantly change.
