I am pursuing an MBA from Management Development Institute (MDI Gurgaon), Haryana and will be
going on an International Student Exchange Programme to Warsaw School of Economics, Warsaw,
Poland. My travel datesareSeptember 9th2015 and December 1st 2015.

I have always had the desire to see the European culture and way of life, and visit some of the
continent’s historic sites. That is why I would like to arrive atPoland a few days ahead, i.e. on
September 9th2015. All the expenses during my stay will be covered by my father Mr.
BabuCharepalli.
