One Month Notice Resignation

I am Zukhairudin Bin Hasbullah (JAMY 1680) writing to announce my resignation from JA Solar
Malaysia, effective one month from this date. Please accept this as my formal resignation from the
role as technician in this company.

2. For your information, my resignation is due to the long-distance travel that I need to take
everyday. Besides, my wife who works as teacher was ordered to move to the new school which is
located in Sungai Petani. Furthermore, my wife’s health condition need me to be around and I need
to seek for the nearest workplace in order to smooth my wife treatment. It would be helpful for me.

3. Hence, I want to give my sincere thanks for all of the opportunities the company have given
to me and knowledge I have gained at your company over the year. I never would have been able to
secure this position without all of your help and encouragement through the department n team. It
has been a pleasure working with this company.

4. I really hope that your behalf would consider my resignation. Please let me know how I can
help during this transition. I wish you all the best as the company continues to grow.
