DEED OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS OF A PORTION OF LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ________________________, of legal ages, Filipino Citizens and residents


of Poblacion, New Wasington, Aklan, Philippines, freely and spontaneously
declare and manifest:

That I am the declared owners and possessor of a PARCEL OF LAND


located at Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan, which parcel of land is more
particularly described as follows:

“PROPERTY DESCRIPTION”

That for and in consideration of the covenants hereafter set forth, I,


hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER, ASSIGN and RELINQUISH, ALL the RIGHTS,
INTEREST and PARTICIPATION, that I have over the POSSESSION and
OWNERSHIP over the above described parcel of land to
_____________________________, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single and
resident of Poblacion, New Washington, Aklan, Philippines.

That I further state that no other person or person’s claims interest or


participation shall be prejudiced by this waiver in favor of my sister and that
the above-mentioned parcel of land is free from liens and encumbrances
whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this July 20, 2018
at Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines.
