European Union (EU) Food Contact
It is confirmed that at any stage in the manufacture of this product complies with the requirements of
Framework Regulation EC No 1935/2004 on material and articles intended to come in contact with food and
repealing Directive 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC. This product meets the requirements of Commission
Regulation EU No 10/2011 and Fifth Amendment EU 174/2015 for food contact applications. This product is
also produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as outlined in GMP Regulation (EC)
No 2023/2006.
US FDA Food Contact
This product meets the requirements for FDA Olefin Polymer Regulation 21 CFR, Section 177.1520 for food
contact applications. This product can also be used in contact with all types of raw and processed foods listed
in Table 1 of Section 176.170, however we have not assessed this product under condition of use listed in
Table 2 of Section 176.170. This product is also produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP) as outlined in 21 CFR, Section 174.5.
2. European Chemical Agency (ECHA) Substances of Concern (SVHC)
SVHC in the Candidate List promulgated by the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) has criterion that is
defined in Article 33 of the REACH Regulation for providing information on the safe use of substances in
articles is less than 1,000 ppm or 0.1% by weight. The threshold and substances of SVHC are defined in
Article 7 and 57 of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
According to the REACH Regulation, we hereby confirm that at any stage in the manufacture of this product
complies with the Candidate List of SVHC that is purposed and evaluated by ECHA as of January 12, 2017
which contains total of 173 substances.
3. European Pharmacopoeia (EUP)

This product meets the requirements of European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.3 8 Edition of Polyolefin based on our
best knowledge and our own assessment to the product.

4. Heavy Metals EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS)
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), also known as EU Directive 2002/95/EC, originated in the
European Union and restricts the use of six hazardous substances found in electrical and electronic products.
All applicable products in the EU market after July 01, 2006 should pass RoHS Compliance.
RoHS specifies Maximum Concentration Values (MCV) for Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium
(Cr+6), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) are 1,000 ppm, while for
Cadmium (Cd) is 100 ppm. We have evaluated the content of RoHS in our product by external independent
laboratory and the result is less than RoHS MCV limit so that according to the testing result, it is confirmed
that this product complies with RoHS Compliance.
5. Migrated Heavy Metals (BPOM)
Indonesia National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) has quality requirements for Food Packaging
Control that mentions in BPOM Regulation No 03.1.23.07.6664 Year 2011 and specifies the total of Maximum
Concentration Value (MCV) for four substances, including Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg) and
Hexavalent Chromium (Cr+6) are 1 mg/L.
The content of Migrated Heavy Metals of this product has been evaluated by external independent laboratory
and the testing result is less than BPOM MCV limit. Thus, it is confirmed that this product complies with
BPOM Regulation for Food Packaging Control.
6. Indonesia National Standard (SNI)
This product meets the requirements and gets the Indonesia National Standard (SNI) Certificate
No 7808:2012 from National Agency for Standardization (BSN).
7. Animal Origin / Halal Compliance
We hereby certify that we do not add any substances of animal origin as well as no processing aids of animal
incorporated at any stage in the manufacture of this product. We have also complied to Halal Compliance
Certificate from The Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI).
8. Nonylphenol
The nonylphenols are used in small amount as anti-oxidant of polyolefin. The nonylphenol, particularly Tris
nonylphenyl phosphite (TNPP) is used as a minor component of additives in production of Polyethylene (PE),
including LLDPE and HDPE. The 4-nonylphenol and 4-nonylphenol ethoxylates are listed in REACH
Candidate List of SVHC and given the maximum residual traces of the nonylphenol in polyethylene is much
below the limits defined by REACH at 1,000 ppm or 0.1% by weight. To fulfill that regulation, we have
evaluated the content of nonylphenol in this product by external independent laboratory and the result is less
than 10 ppm as detection limit so that it is confirmed that at any stage in the manufacture of this product
complies with the REACH Regulation.

9. Phthalates
We hereby certify that at any stage in the manufacture of this product, we do not intentionally use phthalates
and its derivatives and never be mixed during production process therefore we do not carry the analysis of it.
10. Allergens
We hereby confirm that at any stage in the manufacture of this product, we do not intentionally use the
substances listed in Allergens Directive 2003/89/EC (Annex IIIA) and Directive 2006/142/EC and never be
mixed during production process therefore we do not carry the analysis of it.
11. California Proposition 65
We hereby certify that at any stage in the manufacture of this product, we do not intentionally add substances
which are listed on California Proposition 65 Candidate List dated on Dec 04, 2015 by Office of
Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA), therefore we do not carry the analysis of them.
12. Expiry Date / Shelf Life
Since this product included in non-biodegradable or conventional polyethylene, herewith it is confirmed that
this product does not have expiry date or shelf life.
