Left over Roti- 4nos For the sauce:
Refined oil- 2 tsps In the Inspire Series Sauce Pan cook chopped garlic and

Ingredients Method
8 Eggs • Sift together refined flour and baking powder and keep aside.
240 g Castor sugar • Remove a little of the above flour mixture and mix in the
300 ml Refined oil chopped nuts.
300 g Refined flour (maida) • Beat together eggs & sugar till light and fluffy using Speedy Chef.
3 tsp Baking powder • Gradually add refined oil and vanilla essence little at a time in
2 tsp Vanilla essence Speedy Chef.
1 Tropical Cup Almonds chopped • Pour the mixture into That’s a Bowl.
• Gently fold in the refined flour a little at a time. The mixture should
be handled very carefully, do not over mix or else the cake will
not be light and fluffy. Then mix in the floured almonds.
• Pour the batter in Silicone Princess Round and bake at
160 degrees Celsius for 45 mins.

Ingredients for 4 waffles Method
3 Eggs (separate whites & yolks) • Pre-heat the microwave to 220°C in convection mode.
250 ml Milk • In Wonderlier Bowl, mix the egg yolks, milk, refined flour, salt,
175 g Refined flour (maida) baking powder and sugar. Add the melted butter and mix again.
1 tsp Baking powder • Beat egg whites in Speedy Chef until they are stiff, then gently fold half of
75 g Sugar the egg whites into Wonderlier Bowl using Silicone Spatula. After folding
90 g Melted Butter the first half of the egg whites, add the second half and continue to fold gently.
1 pinch Salt • Set Silicone Waffle Maker on the microwave rack.
Distribute the mixture evenly in all the 4 cavities and bake for 18 minutes.
• Immediately unmould the waffles onto the microwave rack and bake for
another 6 to 8 mins. till the waffle turns golden brown.
• Serve the waffles with icing sugar, jam, chocolate sauce or
topping as you prefer.
