                                                      METHOD
Pre-Preparation: Cut beetroot into ¾” dice and parboil them in salted water.
Preparation : Mix leeks and drained beetroot in a bowl.
Dress well with vinaigrette dressing
Arrange salad neatly on a bed of lettuce leaf
Garnish : Garnish with chopped parsley
