Motor Control
 Experience with the structure and functioning of the nervous system and its relationship
to behavior, including sensation, perception, organization of movements, reflexes,
voluntary movements, balance/posture, and pathology.
 Performed hands-on motor control skills while conducting various experiments including
field sobriety, knee reflex, prism goggles, star tracing in mirror, augmented feedback and
feedback control, limited vision, dynamometer, Stroop effect, balance and postural
control, target tapping, visual and auditory reaction times.
Exercise Physiology
 Experience with VO2max, VO2 max criteria, and limitations to VO2max.
 Performed hands-on exercise physiology laboratory skills while conducting various
investigations including ergometry, metabolic range, muscular strength and endurance,
cardiovascular, PFT and exercise metabolism, pulmonary ventilation, flexibility,
VO2max, Wingate, vertical jump, body composition, cycle sprints.
 Conducted own lab research project investigating the physiology of cycle sprints and
responses of individuals, while using metabolic range, SpO2, HR, VO2, and Oxygen
Pulse.
