DEED OF DONATION OF REAL PROPERTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Donation is made and executed by and between:
TOTOY SINIGANG, married to JEFERLOU MENUDO and with residence and postal
address at 214 Taft Avenue Malate Manila, Metro Manila 1004, and hereinafter referred
to as the “DONOR”;
- and –
ROMEO TIKOY, married to YOLANDA ECHOSERA, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at 1514 Pacita San Pedro City, Laguna 4023, herein referred to as the
“DONEE”.
WITNESSETH, THAT:
The DONOR is registered owner of a parcel of land located at Pasay CIty, with area of
more or less 20 hectares. and covered by TCT No. PT-1186236 of the Registry of Deeds
of Pasay City, and more particularly described as follows:
"A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3-B-7, of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-
870001, being a portion the consolidation of Lots 6754-A and 6754-B (LRC)
Psd-89811, Lot 7, Psd-1198703, Lot 1, Psd-1199656, LRC Rec. Nos. N-13675,
N-23709, and, N-98045, situated in the Boundary of Rosario Pacita, San Pedro
City, Laguna. Bounded on SW., point 8 to 3 by Lot 13, on...to the point of
beginning; containing an area of TWENTY (20) HECTARES, more or less
xxx”
The DONEE is the nephew of the DONOR, who has been the latter’s dedicated and
unselfish companion and personal caregiver for the last ten (12) years;
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the all the unselfish help, trust, fidelity, and
affection shown by the DONEE to the DONOR, and as an act of gratitude and liberality
on her part, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by
way of donation, unto the DONEE, her heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest, the
above described realty, together with all the improvements found thereon, free from all
liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever kind;
The DONOR affirms that this donation is not made with intent to defraud her creditors,
and that she has sufficient funds and property reserved for herself and her legal
obligations;
The DONEE hereby accepts and receives this donation made in her favor by the
DONOR, and hereby manifests his gratefulness for the latter’s generosity and liberality.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 22nd day of July 2017,
in the DLSU Rufino Campus Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines.
