AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, JESUS NEVADO Y FUENTECILLA, of legal age, Filipino,


representative of complainant SOLAIRE RESORT AND CASINO, with
corporate address of Asean Avenue, Entertainment City, Parañaque City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the representative of the private complainant in the criminal case


entitled "People of the Philippines vs. Keith Maverick Nipit y
Alcantara"; for Qualified Theft docketed as Criminal Case No. 14-0711
before the Regional Trial Court, Branch_____, Parañaque City, Philippines;

2. That after recollecting the facts appertaining to my complaint, I have


realized that there has been a misapprehension of facts therewith, resulting
to the execution of this affidavit;

In view of the foregoing, I finally manifest that I now completely and


absolutely exonerate the accused Keith Maverick Nipit y Alcantara from any
liability in connection with the above-mentioned criminal case and that I am no
longer interested, and I hereby desist, in prosecuting the said criminal case;

That I execute this Affidavit of Desistance so that the abovementioned


criminal case be immediately dismissed and considered finally closed and the bond
posted by the herein accused be released to him;

As such, I am respectfully praying that the aforementioned case against the


Accused KEITH MAVERICK NIPIT y ALCANTARA be dismissed and
finally closed.
