INSPECTION OVERHOULE
1. Visually inspect turbine for external damage. 1. Remove and clean steam strainer.
2. Check oil level in reservoir and governor. Replace every three years.

 Cleaning to the rotor and clapboard
 Check to the main steam valve / Manipulation Seat Valve and the valve stroke
 Check and adjustment to the steam gland and steam passage clearance
 Check the clearance between the splitting casings after being closed
 Check the pad in the steam gland and steam exhaust section
 Check the rear cylinder
 Dismantle auto main steam valve and maintenance
 Maintenance of turning gear device
 Check & Test All Protection Turbine System
 Check all the instruments in the turbine and replace them if
necessary.
