To Whom It May Concern:

I, MS. ELIZABETH A. MANALO, owner of Unit 1614 AIC Grande Tower Condominium
Garnet Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, do hereby state:

1. That I am allowing my relative, MR. GENARO NOEL B. LEORNA, Treasurer of


JINGE Trading, to occupy the above-mentioned condominium unit and to use the
facilities thereof;
2. That Mr. Leorna is occupying my unit without the necessity of paying any rental;
3. That I am giving my full consent to the same, free from any coercion and out of my own
freewill.

I hereby execute this authority to occupy this 5th of January 2018, to the best of my knowledge
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve Mr. Leorna.
