Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Good day! We are from Jesus the Almighty God Church, located at Hongkong Village, Banay-
banay, Cabuyao City. Our church has been organizing and conducting a self-funded event
entitled “Festival of Praise” for 14 years now. This year’s FOP, with the theme “Momentum”,
will be held on October 28, 6pm at Pamantasan ng Cabuyao.

Festival of Praise (FOP) is an annual praise and worship celebration attended and participated
by the body of Christ in Cabuyao City, Laguna, an event where Christians all over Cabuyao
gather together, sharing for an amazing time in God's presence. Experience the manifest
presence of God, FOP's mission is to bring the body of Christ to a higher place of Praise and
Worship promoting unity and harmony that breaks congregational barriers through Praise and
Worship.

As part of our promotion, we would like to request you to allow one of our FOP Team members,
Domenic Grande, who is also a Grade 12 student in your school, to pin our poster(s) in your
bulletin board(s). If allowed, the posters will be pinned on August __ and will be removed once
the said event is done.

We believe that events like this can help the youth be engaged with God more and connect with
people who can help them be better individuals in their family, campus and community.

This authorization is valid until further written notice from City Global College. This authorization
ends upon the completion of Jesus the Almighty God Church’s praise and worship event entitled
“Festival of Praise”.
