Cathay Pacific

To whom it may concern,

This is for follow-up report regarding my damaged baggage including and

my damaged Brandnew Air Jordan 18.5 shoes inside my luggage.

Upon my arrival, I proceeded to the baggage claim area. There I found my

luggage and was thoroughly dismayed to see that it was badly damaged.
Needless to say I did not expect this type of service, and resultant damage from
your company. Under the DOTC-DTI Joint Administrative Order No. 1, s. 2012, I
have the right for complete & full reimbursement for your mishandling of my
luggage and my damaged shoes.

Attached here are following files; Damaged baggage report and pictures of the
said sneaker.

Thank you,

Mr. Christopher M. Arriola
