Project The Global Incident Manager is a product which tracks the events of
Description the transaction in a business flow. It can be used in any kind of business
environment. It consists of three modules viz. Esclation Defining System,
Tranastion Tracking System and Events Reporting System.
Escalation Defining System, constructed as an ERP to suite any kind of
business transactions. We can define the business transactions in an esclation
manner from end-to-end transactions. Each esclation holds the details of the
resources and incidents.
Transaction Tracking System is used to initiate and escalate the transactions.
In each stage, the transaction esclates to the next level when it completes
successfully. Otherwise, it will terminates the transaction. It has the facility to
re-start the terminated transactions automatically.
In an Events Reporting System, the details of the successful completion
tranactions will be reported to the appropriate user via mail and it has the
facility to build any kind of formatted report according to the need of the user
and it is re-usable.

Project It is a tool for auditing the Software transaction. It comprises of three

Dashboard Component. File re-direct control facility is used to pick and drop
the files from one server to another server automatically by identifying the
files. Event Status Framework module has the facility for generating an event,
event loader/updator and the event history maintainer for reference purpose.
Dash Board supports to view the event status for a transaction. It has the
facility to provide event tracking details and This tool maintains the Action,
State and sets the State Transition Model for a particular event. This tool
works as a plug and play component with any software application like an
API.
