TENDERER’S PROPOSED TEMPORARY

FACILITIES ON SITE

The temporary facilities proposed by the Contractor are described as follows:

I. Nature.

The facilities to be set up at project site for execution of the Works are all temporary in nature. As
soon as the Work is completed, Contractor will dismantle and remove from the project site all
temporary facilities erected above ground and clean and repair damage caused by installation or
use of temporary facilities.

The temporary facilities are based on technical specifications provided as follows:

A. Contractor’s Storage Shed (storage sheds for tools, materials and equipment)
1. Weather tight, with air conditioning for products requiring controlled climatic
conditions
2. Adequate space is provided for organized storage and access.
3. Sufficient lighting is provided.

B. Engineer’s Offices
1. Weather-tight, with lighting, electrical outlets, air conditioning, potable water,
sanitary facilities, ventilation equipment, and furniture
2. Pre-fabricated type
3. Area of 120sq.m. consisting of seven (7) closed offices, one (1) kitchen, two (2)
toilets and one (1) closed Meeting Room
4. Office area of the Engineer is partitioned with areas as follows:
- Employer Room: 16m2
- Resident Engineer: 16 m2
- Meeting Hall: 20 m2
- Secretary / Document Controller: 5 m2
- Quantity Surveyor: 8 m2
- Landscape Architect/Horticulturist: 8 m2
- Irrigation Engineer: 8 m2
- Inspectors: Common area but with 5 m2 for each
TENDERER’S PROPOSED TEMPORARY
FACILITIES ON SITE

- Pantry: 3 m2,
- Wash rooms (one toilet for each 4 persons and part thereof)
- Bathrooms (1)
- Toilet: 6 m2 (one toilet for each 4 persons and part thereof)

C. Contractor’s Office

1. Weathertight, with lighting, electrical outlets, heating and cooling equipment


2. Space is provided for project meetings.

II. Location. The location shall be as approved and directed by ____. Offices are located at
minimum distance of 10 m from existing and new structures.
