 Manage ten staff to coordinate events ranging from 50- 350 attendees including volunteers ranging from
ages 55+(also working life skills with 6 special needs adults and youth)
 Schedule events leading in sales with room rentals, catering, and table and chair rentals
 Time manage to arrange the room with decorating, set up and breakdown, and special request from the
guest
 Created contract and implemented contract for clients of Kronkosky Place to insure safety and proper
procedure
 Applied policy and procedure for financial agreements, safety rules and regulations for clients and staff,
and cleaning routines for food safely and overall upkeep for the facilities.
 Persistent keeping in contact with the client to see if any updated knowledge on the event and making sure
payments are complete before the event

 Conducted practice plans and drills for all different talents and modifications
 Ran multiple track events under TAAPS rules and regulations
