School Hours
▪ Kindergarten/1st Grade
– 8:15AM – 2:00PM
▪ 2nd through 5th grade
– 8:15am – 3:00PM
▪ Students are LATE at 8:16
– MUST be in their seat by 8:15
▪ EVERY Wednesday Early Dismissal at 2:00PM
Morning Procedures
▪ Doors open 7:50AM
▪ Late pass after 8:16 (student in seat at 8:15)
▪ Late pass given at the white gate
▪ Drive through line is closed at 8:30am, the gate is locked after
the last car
▪ Drive around to the main office to get late pass after 8:30am
▪ Parent Parking by the church or loft
▪ DO NOT Drop-off students by playground
▪ The ADMIN Building is NOT a Drop-Off Area
Tardies & Absences
▪ Tardies will be given at 8:16am
▪ Tardy passes will be given at the breeze way NOT at the office 8:16-8:30
▪ After 8:30am passes will be given in the office
▪ 10 tardies = referral
▪ Tardies will affect grade
▪ Must be received 3 days after absence
Uniforms
▪ Uniforms are mandatory
▪ Please make ensure your child wears the required uniform
daily
▪ All students are required to wear a belt if there are belt loops.
▪ SHOES… Black, Navy, or Brown dress shoes OR ALL BLACK
SNEAKERS with minimal white
▪ Jackets must be plain navy
Money Collection
▪ NO money will be collected in the office.
▪ Please, ensure to pay with correct change.
▪ Deadlines will be enforced
Volunteer Hours
▪ 30 volunteer hours per FAMILY
▪ Option: $150 year or $5/hour
▪ Donations: please keep receipts and turn them into your child’s homeroom teacher
▪ 1st 15 hours January
▪ 2nd 15 hours due April

Student’s Responsibility
▪ Homework:. Students are required to copy their HW down every
Monday. It will not be posted. If they are absent, they must copy it
when they come back.
▪ Assignment Due Dates: Late assignments will not be accepted unless
student is absent.
▪ Classroom Economy
▪ We prepare our students for 5th grade and Middle School. We need
your help. It is your child’s responsibility to complete their HW and
assignments. If we notify you that your child has a missing
assignment, please speak to them about being responsible to
prevent it from happening again.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
▪ Please DoJo us and let us know you want a parent conference. We
will try to accommodate everyone. Please, wait to receive a
scheduled time and date.
