(0024) ‘Sepoct Hate/ Bias Motivated: NONE Page 2 NARRATIVE Mr. Brown (IO) called the police to report the theft of his black Rolls Royce. Upon my arrival I was met by Corporal Howell, Corporal ‘Howell and I responded to Mr. Brown's residence accompanied by three members of building security. We knocked on the door several times before a male voice responded "who is it"? I identified myself and a black male opened the door. When I said hello the black male said "Lfound the car” and closed the door. The black male was identified by the security officers as Mr. Brown, Corporal Howell and I returned to our police vehicles. Prior to leaving, Lieutenant John Wyche met Corporal Howell and Tat the entrance of the building. After being told what had occurred, Lieutenant Wyche, Corporal Howell and I returned to Mr. Brown's residence to attempt to speak to him again, Once at the front door, we knocked several times and there was no response. We returned to our police vehicles and cleared the scene,
