Our Vision

-CARD MRI is a world-class leader in microfinance and community-based social


development undertakings that improve the quality of life of socially-and-economically
challenged women and families towards nation building.

Our Mission

-CARD MRI is committed to:

 Empower socially-and-economically challenged women and families through


continuous access to financial, micro insurance, educational, livelihood, health
and other capacity-building services that eventually transform them into
responsible citizens for their community and the environment;

 Enable the women members to gain control and ownership of financial and social
development institutions; and

 Partner with appropriate agencies, private institutions, and people and community
organizations to facilitate achievement of mutual goals.

MISSION

My mission was important for me because I believe that you can’t lead others unless
you have a strong sense of who you are and what you stand for. For me, living a balanced life
means nurturing the academic, physical, and spiritual aspects of my life so I can maintain a
sense of well-being and self-esteem.

VISION

My personal vision is to have a life of meaning for myself and others. It is important to
me to live my life in a way that shows kindness, care, and concern for family and friends and
even strangers. Earn respect for myself based on recognition of my accomplishments and
abilities, maintains a sense of appreciation of the beauty of nature, and a sense of humour. I want
to have a career/life that includes constant learning and improvement for myself, but that also
creates an atmosphere of pleasurable learning and improvement for others. I want to work with
and around people, and it is important to me that they like me; but it is even more important to
me that they feel that I have helped them in some way – not necessarily that I do a specific good
deed, but more that some kindness or thoughtfulness or wisdom of mine has touched them.

GOAL

My goal is to give, for giving is what I do best and I can learn to do better. I will seek to
learn, for learning is the basis for growth, and growing is the key to living. I will seek first to
understand, for understanding is the key to finding value, and value is the basis for respect,
decisions, and action. This should be my first act with my wife, my family, and my business. I
want to help influence the future development of people and organizations. I want to teach my
children and others to love and laugh, to learn and grow beyond their current bounds.
