Affidavit of Consideration

The affidavit states that Pat Luther P. Enriquez and Eriza Majah C. Enriquez own a 414 square meter parcel of land in Santa Ignacia, Tarlac covered by Title No. 043-2018007983. They took out a mortgage loan on the property. When they purchased the land, only ₱200,000 in capital gains tax was paid when the selling price was actually ₱1,200,000. AFFIDAVIT OF CONSIDERATION

WE, PAT LUTHER P. ENRIQUEZ and ERIZA MAJAH C. ENRIQUEZ, both of


legal age, Filipino citizens, and with residence and postal address at Pob. West, Sta.
Ignacia, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby
depose and say:

1. That we are the registered owners of a subject parcel of land located


at Santa. Ignacia, Tarlac, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED
FOURTEEN (414) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 043-2018007983 of the Registry of Deeds of the
Province of Tarlac;

2. That the subject parcel of land is the subject of a mortgage contract in


connection with the loan being applied/availed therewith;

3. That in the transfer of the subject parcel of land from the previous
owner in to our favor, the paid up capital gains tax was insufficient as
only covered the amount of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (₱200,000.00)
instead of the amount of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
(₱1,200,000.00) which is the selling price of the subject parcel of land;

4. That accordingly, it is hereby respectfully requested that this


honorable office allow us to pay any tax deficiency in connection with
the sale of the above-said subject parcel of land;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the foregoing


statements and legal purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 4th day of
October 2018 at Tarlac City, Philippines.
