WELCOME MESSAGE
God morning ladies and gentlemen!
It gives me great pleasure to extend to you all a very warm welcome on behalf of the Bachelor
of Technical Teacher Education and to say how grateful I am personally to our guest speaker,
who has accepted the invitation through Mr. Libryan Ladra, one of the high caliber members of
the Tanauan City College Faculty.
It is an opportune time to discuss topics related to the theme of this activity –“LINKING 21ST
CENTURY PRE -SERVICE TEACHERS THROUGH INNOVATIVE ASSESSMENT PRACTICES
AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS”.
The seminar is organized within the cross-cooperation of the different levels within the
BTVTED boundaries.
I am pleased that almost all of the concerned students are in attendance. I realize that you are
fully dedicated to the session that will follow but I do hope you will also take time to enjoy the
beauty of life God has provided through these caring people around you.
This seminar is principally designed to equip pre-service educators with the knowledge,
competence and skills required in the 21st century learning.
Welcome to the most virtuous and noblest profession!
Thank you and God bless!
