My name is Donnalyn V. Cantillana, 30 years old. I am applying for the position of Staff Nurse in your

I finished my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at University of Iloilo in 2008 and passed the Philippine
Nurses Licensure Examination given on November of the same year. I am also an IV Therapist Nurse and
Dialysis Nurse.
