Subsequent to the discussion you have had with us, we are pleased to offer you the position of
the Administration Manager-Lucknow in Mayo Medical Centre.

The Basic terms and conditions of this letter are:-

1) This offer is subject to your joining Mayo Medical Services on or before 16/12/2016.
2) Your monthly salary will be Rs 32,000/- (Thirty Two thousand Rupees only)
3) In this position you will report directly to the MD/Director of the Organization.
4) Your individual compensation is strictly between yourself and company.
5) The company reserves the right to change your location from any of the company’s
offices or business locations.
