depose and state:
1. We are the surviving heirs of the late EFREN T. JUNGOY, who died on
November 27, 2014;
2. Our late father was a beneficiary of the NHA Iligan Relocation & Sites/
Services, situated at Suarez, Iligan City, specifically at lot 47, block 3, with
an area of 228 sq.m. more or less;
3. Out of our love to our siblings, we are waiving our rights over the subject
project in favor of our siblings NELIX L. GALO and NOEL C. JUNGOY,
both of legal age, residents of Suarez, Iligan City;
