DECLARATION

Law University, Hubli.
2. I agree to abide by the rules of the college to return all the books borrowed from the
college library, and to pay all the prescribed fees and any other dues in time, failing which
my application for examination shall not be entertained/ admission card denied or any
marks cards or my result be with-held.
3. I agree to abide by the rules of discipline of the college and give an undertaking of my
good conduct in the college.
4. I will attend the lectures, tutorial classes, periodical examination and test regularly.
I undertake to attend not less than three fourth of the number of working period in each of
the subjects comprised in the course from now and that I shall not be eligible to appear for
the examination if I fall short of attendance beyond the condonable limit.
5. I will produce the original marks cards/ cumulative records / migration certificate/ T.C at
the time of admission failing which I shall not be admitted to the college.
6. I have gone through the rules and regulations of the college and I have given correct
