Broker – Agent Commission Agreement

This Agreement, entered into by and between:

Joanne J. Esporlas a duly-accredited DMCI Homes Broker with Real Estate Broker License No.
0026781, with postal address, 4816 Road 2 V. Mapa St. Sta. Mesa, Manila, hereinafter referred to as
the Broker;

and

___________________________, a Real Estate Agent, with postal address at


________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the Agent;

Witnesseth

That Joanne J. Esporlas is a duly-licensed Real Estate Broker accredited by DMCI Homes as one of its
External Brokers authorized to sell residential units and parking slots in any of DMCI’s Residential
Projects;

That the Agent has presented himself/herself to be a Real Estate Agent capable of looking for prospective
buyers of DMCI’s Residential Projects and successfully selling units and parking rights in these Projects;

That, for and in consideration of the Agent’s selling of DMCI Homes’ Residential Projects for and on
behalf of the Broker, the latter has agreed to share with the former an amount equivalent to Three Percent
(3%) out of the total Five Percent (5%) Broker’s Commission allocated by DMCI, less of net applicable
government taxes and advance commissions and subject to the policies on Broker’s / Agent’s Commission
being implemented by DMCI Homes;

And that any problem arises on behalf of the sub agents of the agent; the latter will be the solely liable
party.

That this Agreement shall be legally binding and enforceable upon the parties concerned until this
Agreement is rescinded or cancelled in writing by the Parties concerned;

That any and all legal disputes that may arise between the concerned parties in this Agreement must be
settled amicably. Otherwise, it shall be judicially settled within the Courts of Manila City;

In consideration of the foregoing facts, this Agreement is executed and entered into by both parties this
______ day of ________ 2017 in ___________ City, Metro Manila, Philippines by affixing their
signatures on the space below:
