Strategies Ongoing Evaluation

(list any new strategies that have been developed)
In the implementation of my experience with my focus. I have learnt through trial-

level children’s cultural practices. For example, inquiring into the cultural practices of
children and implementing them in class, the experience of Rangoli. From this
experience, I have realised how to integrate family practice into my curriculum to
make it more meaningful for children.

Final Evaluation (at the end of professional experience or when goal is met)
Was the goal achieved? How do I know? Do I need to continue working on this goal? Is there a new goal that has developed from this one?

By taking into consideration children’s interests, dispositions and learning styles, I have planned and managed to achieve the learning of
children. Thus, I have been successful in the delivery of a pedagogy that is meaningful and relevant to the child. I am now aware of the
significance of understanding every child’s ‘microculture’ at home so that I can incorporate that into my curriculum to yield children’s
optimal development. This also calls for me to enhance communication with parents/carers to understand children’s emerging interest.
