The principal of Don Alipio Fernandez Sr. Integrated School wrote to the Vice Mayor of Urdaneta City to request that his office release and donate two air conditioning units for the school's ICT room. According to minutes from a prior meeting, school officials and stakeholders agreed that air conditioning was needed to make the ICT room functional and conducive to learning. Greetings!

As excerpt from the minutes of the meeting made by the PTA Officials, Barangay Council,
Teaching Staff and School Governing Council of Don Alipio Fernandez, Sr. Integrated School last
September 28, 2016, a Resolution No.001 S.Y. 2016-2017 was agreed upon in addressing the
needs of the school especially the ICT Room. Wherein air conditions are needed for it to be
functional and conducive to learning. Computers then will also be kept away from damages and
viruses.

In this regard we are requesting your good office to release the two (2) window type/split-type
Carrier air condition units for the ICT Room of Elementary and Secondary.

The school is very much thankful and your donation is very much appreciated.
