BBU configuration rules:
1、MOCN shares the one cell, one cell must be configured in ONE Baseband board.
2、For ONE hardware( AAU/RRU),it can only managed by ONE EMS.
3、If ONE RF hardware (AAU/RRU) is connected to different BBUs, inter-BBU Interconnection is needed(CI
interface) to keep sync. and control between BBUs.

BBU configuration rules:
1、PLMN_A and PLMN_B have different cells, Same RAT cells must be configured in ONE Control board; Different RAT
Cell can have different Control board or same one.
2、For ONE hardware( AAU /RRU),it can only managed by ONE EMS.
3、If ONE RF hardware (AAU/RRU) is connected to different BBUs, inter-BBU Interconnection is needed(CI interface) to
keep sync. and control between BBUs.
4 、Different cells can be configured on different BBP, Co-BBP or separated BBP are both available.
