Dear Sir/Madam

The opportunity to join in a solid and reputable company intrigues me. I would like to apply for an
Administrator Government Program ( Tenaga Alih Daya (TAD) ) PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk
Area Purwokerto. I graduated from Sebelas Maret University Surakarta in 2014 with a degree in
Arts and Letters, and have been working for PT. PROTINDO CIPTA KREASI LESTARI in HRGA officer
since march 2015.

As HRGA officer, I play a vital role in supporting many common duties. For example, officers perform
administrative tasks to ensure that their staffs can work efficiently. Equipment and machinery used
in their departments must be in good working order. Officers must make allowances for unexpected
staff absences and other disruptions by adjusting assignments or performing the work themselves if
the situation requires it. Officers help train new employees in organization and office procedures.
They may teach new employees how to use the telephone system, operate office equipment and
organization’s computer system. General affairs officers often act as liaisons between the
administrative support staff and the professional, technical, and managerial staff. This may involve
implementing new company policies or restructuring the workflow in their departments.

My experiences include creating standard operating procedures and monitoring their


implementations, finance controlling and budgeting, managing human resources, purchasing, and
administering projects. I am a quick learner and adapter. I have strong analytical and communication
skills and work well both independently and in a team.I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss
how I may contribute to your company at any time you find convenient.
