We, GRANT B. CORNEL, EDITHA V. PILLO, FREDERICK C. PENA,
SHIELA M. MATIAS all of legal age, residents of the Municipality of Bobon,
Northern Samar, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ATTY. MARLO V.
DESTURA of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Kaimitoville Kaimito
St. Valle Verde 2. Ugong, Pasig City, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact to
act for and in our name and stead and to perform the act of claiming the release of
our bail bond under Criminal Case No.6316 for Estafa, posted last August 15, 2018
as ordered by Hon. Judge Ruth Orio Tan-Ching of the Municipal Trial Court of
Bobon, Northern Samar.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or
