Professional Abstract:
A Chemical Engineer with 5.5 years of experience as a process Engineer. Currently I am serving
as Engineer in Technical Service Department at Mylan Laboratories Limited.
Reporting to AGM of Technical Service Department.
Proficiency in enhancing the operations and thereby achieving the required targets in the
products during the Scale Up and Technology Transfer. Having Knowledge in design Software
like ASPEN HYSIS.
Good communication with attributes of honesty and optimistic thinking and excellent inter
communication skills, posses a result oriented attitude with analytical skills.
Work Experience:
Presently working as an Process Engineer in Technical Service Department at Mylan
Laboratories Limited from March 2016 to Till Date.
Previously worked with Hetero Labs Limited as an Process Engineer in Technical Service
Department from July 2013 to Feb 2016.
Educational Qualifications:
B.Tech in chemical Engineering from R.V.R&J.C College of Engineering, Guntur
during 2009-2013 with aggregate of 73.47%.
Intermediate from Care Junior College Guntur during 2007-2009 with aggregate of
93.8%.
SSC from Siddhartha Public School, VenkataKrishna Puram, Guntur in 2007 with
aggregate of 84.1%.
Job Responsibilities:
Scale-up and Technology Transfer, Technology absorption activities.
Monitor the batches in R&D, Pilot Plant and Scale up for commercial.
Process equipment & Line sizing for New /Modified Processes.
Preparation of Mass & Energy Balance for New/Modified processes.
Handling technical & process deviation issues in production blocks.
Preparation of Capacity enhancement proposals as per Business Requirement and active
participation in its implementation.
Review of change controls and providing necessary technical support in their
implementation.
Preparation of P&ID’s for New/Modified process and its implementation as per Drawing.
Improvement of Plant utilization by reduction of time cycle & Lead time.
Developing the Process for recovery solvents, improving solvent recovery Efficiency and
implementation of recover solvent usage in process.
Providing technical support for EHS Activities
Achievements:
Technology Transfer and scale up of different New and CIP products and monitoring
the validation during the execution.
Monitor the batches in the R&D, Pilot Plant and Scale up the products for commercial
based on the business requirements.
Having the experience in Pilot Plant Working.
Validation of different products by enhancing the capacity with existing and proposed
equipment as per business requirement.
Trouble shooting problems occurred during the execution of validations Batches.
Implementation of using of recovery solvents in process and monitoring the validation
batches.
Preparing PFD’s and PID for new Process Manufacturing Blocks.
Providing justification report to the problems in the production blocks during the
execution of Batches.
Calculating Over Heads of the products.
Providing recovery process to the solvent recoveries.
Reducing the time Cycles of Distillation by using falling film evaporator.
Decreased the time cycle of Distillation by using of ATFD.
Having Knowledge on handling of different new equipment’s like Nauta Dryer, Plate
and frame filter press, Raising Film Evaporator, PAN Dryer, Agitated Liquid Liquid
Extraction.
Having good knowledge and handling about Continuous and Batch Distillation
Columns.
