Sri Ashok Kumar Gehlot S/o Late Kishanlal Gehlot, covered vide
document no.4517/2018
Sir,
As per the Encumbrance certificate the The Nava Bharath Co. Operative
Housing Society Ltd Plot No 190 admeasuring 110.00 Sq Yrds infavour of
E. Laxma Reddy vide document no 4719/2017, though there is slight
variation in the Boundaries, the proposed mortgagor to obtain a letter from
The Nava Bharath Co. Operative Housing Society Ltd stating that the
property is different from the schedule referred property.
The same is clarified
Document no 4719/2017 pertains to the property Presidency Avenue
As per the valuation report dated 08-01-2019 issued by K.Srinivasulu
And Associates the property proposed to be mortgaged is Open Plot
no.190, in Survey nos.547, 548, 549, 552, 571 & 572, admeasuring 200 Sq.
Yards or equivalent to 167.22 Sq. Mtrs, Situated at “Pakalakunta”, Alwal
P.T.OVillage, Under GHMC Alwal Circle, Malkajgiri Revenue Mandal, Ranga
Reddy District owned by Sri Ashok Kumar Gehiot S/o Late Kishanlal
Gehlot, covered vide document no 4517/2018 situated in Panchsheel
Enclave.
I opine with the valuer, that the property covered vide Document no
4719/2017 and 4517/2018 are Different properties, Bank can create a
mortgage of the property owned by Sri Ashok Kumar Gehlot S/o Late
Kishanlal Gehlot, covered vide document no 4517/2018.
