Providing quality and career centered education is one of the most

crucial and important project of the Punjab education department, which
aimed at upgrading the education paraphernalia of the state by
delivering quality education to the students.

Department also introduced the new program “Padho Punjab Padhao

Punjab” in all govt schools from primary to secondary level for the
enhancement of learning level of students. English as a medium of
instruction has also been introduced in 2387 govt middle, high and
senior secondary schools of the state. To sharpen the skills of English
the department has decided to initiate the English training of IELTS
level for the students of 10+1 and 10+2 of govt schools in the state.

“NATIONAL SKILL QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK”

PROJECT
The National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) organizes qualifications according to a series of
levels of knowledge, skills and aptitude. These levels are defined in terms of learning outcomes which
the learner must possess regardless of whether they were acquired through formal, non-formal or
informal learning. In that sense, the NSQF is a quality assurance framework. It is, therefore, a
nationally integrated education and competency based skill framework that will provide for multiple
pathways, horizontal as well as vertical, both within vocational education and vocational training and
among vocational education, vocational training, general education and technical education, thus
linking one level of learning to another higher level. This will enable a person to acquire desired
competency levels, transit to the job market and, at an opportune time, return for acquiring additional
skills to further upgrade their competencies.

My favorite game
Football is my favorite game. I play this game daily. I play it in the school

ground. I go their daily in the evening. I play for two hours. It gives good

exercise. I love playing football. This game does not cost much. Twenty

two men can play with just one football. This game is not time

consuming like cricket. A football match takes only one hour. It gives us

better exercise than any other game. It is not risky also. So I like this

game very much
