When the safety lever is in the up positiom, the pilot


pressure is cut and the P3 flow is connected to the tank
line.

Boom swing, blade and swing can not be operated.

When the safety lever is in the down position, pilot


pressure is applied to port PA and shifts the valve to the
single flow position.

This position of the valve seperates the flow from P2 and


P3.

When the safety lever is in the down position, the pilot


pressure is applied to port PB and shifts the valve to the
combined flow position.

This position of the valve allows the auxiliary valve to work


with the combined flow of P2 and P3.
