Sir:

Our Computer Programming Grade 11 students is currently working on a project entitled SAANHS
STUDENTS INFORMATION SYSTEM (SSIS) as a requirement for the Java Programming Class
this S.Y. 2018-2019. It is an offline database that contains information such as the students’ LRN,
home address, grades (form 137 scanned copy) and other essential matters which may help us
in tracing records easily and generating data among our students in just few clicks and may lessen
the burden of the School Registrar and even for teachers if successfully realized.

Thus, we would like to ask permission from your good office to allow us to get and access the
data we needed for the completion of the program we are currently working. We hope that
before February 2019 ends, 100% of the data from the teachers will be given to us for the fast
generation of the program.

Attached herewith is the list of data needed for the program. Thank you and more power!
