Assy Table Assy Table Racks
Material Racks:
1. Set max vs min quantities
2. Control qty by storage bin qty. (some bulky item, may use incoming box as check point)
3. Rack should be able to tilted in angle to allow gravity flow.
4. Label should be place on each rack to for part number and part name
5. Material max vs min list should be created for each project (depend on incoming
packaging)
6. Parts should be place according to process flow (use by each operator) rather than
according to materials type.
7. Example of rack is as below.
Assembly Table:
1. ESD Finger coat for assembler
2. Glove for inspector
3. ESD wrist straps
4. Wrist strap tester, eg Hakko 498
5. Rheolube 373 (Grease)
6. Brush for the grease + holder for grease
7. Tweezer
8. Tray for assy parts
9. Tray for holding WIP, Reject and incoming parts (should all in different colour)
10. Side Bench/table for placing heavy casting for easy reach.
11. Electric screwdriver set (for 0, 2 and 6 series)
12. Pneumatics Screwdriver set (for 0-series solenoid frame to housing assembly)
13. Torque checker
14. Screw bits (mix vs max storage)
15. Manual screw driver + hex set
16. Clean cloth + IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) + solvent dispenser
17. Power supply
18. Defect label
19. Pliers
20. Work instruction folder
21. Output display board
22. Dustbin for waste material
23. 3x magnifying glass for operator (if needed)
24. Air gun for cleaning up parts
25. Storage trolley for moving heavy parts and finish goods.
26. Big tray for holding finish goods
Repair station
