As I am doing MBA 2nd Year in our esteemed university and I am using our
college bus as my mode of transportation from my hometown to our University. Due to my
final year project work I thought that bus won’t be convenient for me to travel so I have paid
half my bus fees (Rs.10,000/-) on 03/07/2018. But due to my current situation I need college
bus to travel. So you please kindly consider my request and provide me with bus pass and I
will pay my bus fees balance (Rs.10,000/-) at the end of this semester without fail.

I have enclosed the bus registration form and last semester bus fees paid receipt
for your kind perusal. Kindly issue my bus pass as soon as possible.
