REQUIRING ALL OIC-ASSISTANT SCHOOL HEADS TO APPLY FOR BONDING
To: Assistant Superintendent
Division Chiefs
Education Program Supervisors
Program Coordinators/Unit Heads
Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads
All Concerned
To distribute accountability in school, especially in the utilization of the school
find, all OIC-Assistant School Heads of integrated schools are hereby directed to apply
immediately, for bonding.
2. The increase in the number of bonded officials in school aimed on promoting
efficiency and effectiveness in the utilization and liquidation of the school MOOE and
other local funds.
3. Starting March 2019, the MOOE for elementary, secondary and senior high
school will be downloaded separately to the School Head and to the OIC-Assistant
School Head.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is hereby
directed.
