It is very impossible for anyone not to learn
anything if they are employed somewhere
unless that Individual does not want to learn
What, who is the employee
Work etiquette, how to conduct and behave
professionally
HR activities
How to deal with differences at the workplace
How to deal with a difficult client
Conclusion
I did my internship at CCE for a period of 13
weeks, and I had a wonderful experience
working there. I would like to take this
opportunity to thank the company, the
management and definitely my colleagues for
the immense support and help, without it
would have been difficult to work.
I am a helpful person, if I can be of any help I
will always avail myself
Recommendations
Students should be allowed to interact more during the
theoretical part of learning
CCE should forward requests to other departments within
polytechnic of Namibia to allow future CCE interns to get
exposed to other HR functions such as pay roll, leave
administration, Dismissal and Disciplinary hearings
CCE brochures should be distributed together with COLL
learning material in order to raise awareness countrywide
The office space should be expanded or CCE should get
an Extra office
CCE should ensure that there should be a match between
the Person and the job
