                           Presence (Cuddy, 2015)
How did reading Presence help me (compliment areas for improvement)?

build (slowly) my ability to be present in the future
Contribution to my professional growth:
❏ Gave me foundation to improve myself and performance, particularly in high-stress scenarios
or times when effective decision-making is crucial
❏ My professional growth requires the best, most focused version of myself
                                                                                                5
                  Leadership Shadowing Experience
Shadowed: Assistant Unit Manager, 3N (SAVAHCS)

▪ Management positions can be very dynamic and have wide-range of responsibilities per facility
▪ Leadership roles and potential success are highly dependent on others also in management; working
in groups and/or facilitating meetings can be difficult if there is not clear expectations of goals of the
  meeting
                                                                                                      6
