DIVISI NOODLE SEMARANG
PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Divisi Noodle Semarang adalah produsen mie instant berkualitas.
Manajemen berkomitmen untuk menjamin Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dalam aspek operasional
ditempat kerja untuk karyawan dan pihak lain yang terkait melalui langkah – langkah sebagai berikut :

1). Membuat sistem Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di tempat kerja untuk melakukan upaya
pencegahan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan sakit akibat kerja yang sesuai dengan sifat dan skala
resiko dari kegiatan operasional.
2). Mematuhi dan melaksanakan undang – undang, peraturan pemerintah dan persyaratan lainnya yang
berkaitan dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja.
3). Perusahaan bersama – sama dengan karyawan melakukan pemantauan aktif, evaluasi dan perbaikan
secara berkesinambungan terhadap program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di perusahaan.
4). Melaksanakan kegiatan yang terintegrasi dengan system mutu lainnya untuk peningkatan effisiensi
dan produktifitas kerja

Kebijakan ini ditetapkan untuk wajib dilaksanakan dengan penuh tanggung jawab oleh manajemen,

Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No.03/MEN/1998 tentang TATA


CARA PELAPORAN DAN PEMERIKSAAN KECELAKAAN terdapat standar
perhitungan Statistik Angka Kecelakaan Kerja sebagai berikut :

1. Frequency Rate ( FR )
Pengertian Frequency Rate adalah banyaknya kecelakaan kerja per satu juta jam
kerja orang akibat kecelakaan selama periode 1 tahun

2. Severity Rate ( SR )
Pengertian : Angka yang menunjukan jumlah hari yang hilang per satu juta jam kerja
orang akibat kecelakaan selama periode 1 tahun.
