1. RESPECT FOR HUMAN DIGNITY. Each person is, in
essence, naturally pure and good.
2. PARTNERSHIP & AUTONOMY. The primary role of a
counselor is to give support so that the client will be
able to attain autonomy.
3. RESPONSIBLE CARING. The essential values that will
compel and sustain you in doing this work are love and
compassion.
